Rhonda’s work as a reinvention coach allows her to meet her clients wherever they are in their journey whether considering retirement, in transition seeking new opportunities, or contemplating a career change. And, for those who may have retired and find it is not what they expected it to be, she can assist with course correction to develop a strategy toward a joyful and rewarding retirement.
Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Human Resources, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree, Professional Practice of Coaching. Rhonda is a credentialed, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, a Certified Master Business Coach (CMBC) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, a Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) with RetirementProject.org, and a Results Systems Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is a Past-President of the ICF-Columbus Charter Chapter. As well as coaching certifications, Rhonda holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional and HRCI Senior Professional Human Resources designations.
Upon her departure from a Fortune 100 financial services organization in January 2022, Rhonda began Executive Coaching as a freelance Executive Coach and Facilitator with BetterManager.us and is an Adjunct Professor, Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio.
Rhonda enjoys vacationing where beaches abound, and temperatures are hot. She is an avid reader and considers life-long learning to be her hobby.
