Having had a multi-decade career in enhancing beauty from the inside out and being an adult teacher/trainer, it was a natural progression for me to become a Certified Master Life Coach. Then working in the Retirement Industry, the transition to Retirement Coaching was easy and important, as it is close to my heart, with having ageing parents and becoming of retirement years myself.
I realized I had a real passion for coaching and assisting people my whole life and now, to help people who want to enhance their retirement planning. With a focus on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, I am helping pre-retirement and retirement clients manage their next chapter of their life. It is, after all, more than just about the money! Now, I'm a speaker, writer, and coach with workshops to empower people to believe in all their possibilities.

I have 4 grown boys, Jamie, Paul Marc & Ben and 2 grandchildren, Charlotte & Michael, that are forever in my heart and future plans.
Fun Fact about me: In 2020, I wrote my first cookbook “Ma What’s for Dinner” and currently writing my 2nd cookbook “The 12 Days of Christmas.”
