I have over 30 years of experience helping clients break through the barriers that keep them from achieving their life goals. I bring my wide range of experience in counseling, business and education to my coaching practice.
Trained as a licensed clinical social worker, I have been in private practice as a psychotherapist for 30 years, specializing in work with individuals and couples on relationships and family issues. My particular interest has been to help clients handle major life transitions.
I have been a Certified Retirement Coach since 2010 and am trained in the utilization and interpretation of the Retirement Success Profile assessment tool and the Life Options questionnaire. I am on the board of The Retirement Coaches Association.
Founder and president of Kindred Spirits Inc., a business offering leisure time activities, travel, educational programs and counseling services to single parent families, I was also director of The Rhinelander Children's Center in New York City where I developed and oversaw a range of programs for toddlers to teenagers and their parents. Furthermore, I was a consultant to five Mental Health Clinics for The Children's Aid Society. In addition, I was an adjunct professor at both New York University and Adelphi Schools of Social Work. In the corporate environment, I am an experienced public speaker and have presented a variety of Wellness Programs at such organizations as MetLife, American Express and JP Morgan.
