Retirement coaching is an essential process to support your transition from work life to your next phase. I work with professionals and corporate leaders who are newly retired or within a few years from making that transition. You have successfully planned for the financial part of retirement, but maybe not for the other important elements of the transition. I help you to normalize feelings around your transition, create realistic expectations, identify your personal values and priorities, and design a personalized retirement plan. Shifting or redefining "who" you are as a person without your professional title is a big deal. In addition to identity and purpose, we can discuss the key issues that are most important to you. These can include themes around health, relationships, spirituality, creativity, aging parents, mental health, relocating, volunteering, travel, hobbies, starting a new business, consulting, and/or part-time work.

I am a professional certified coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and have served as a leadership and executive coach to leaders in large global corporations since 2010. I'm also an attorney and had an extensive career in charitable/financial planning before my transition to coaching. I'm trained as a Now What? Life Transition Coach and have successfully coached hundreds of professionals through career and life transitions.

For fun, I enjoy spending time outdoors, dancing, singing, and wine tasting (especially Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley). I study Shotokan karate and train regularly – I'm close to earning my black belt! I'm married, have an adult daughter, and two goofy cats.

My core values are: Respect, Integrity, Authenticity, Spirituality, Learning, and Connection.
