My coaching career began in 2003 where I developed an interest in coaching clients that were struggling with their career choices. They were unsure on how to move their careers to the next level or even transition into a new career. As time progressed, I recognized that many of my cliets where faced with forced retirement, The unexpected change in their career created multiple issues that they were unable to deal with. My role as a coach was to provide them the quidance needed to move to the next phase of their life.
