Rethinking Retirement : Mary Morency and Jeannette Lalonde
There is no “one size fits all” solution when it comes to retirement lifestyle planning. It involves curiosity, openness, and structured reflection to shift ones way of thinking so that they can make the choices that are right for them. RCA Members Mary Morency and Jeannette Lalonde will explain their Rethinking Retirement Framework which involves viewing this phase of life as a period of transition through the lens of four key areas: Contribution, Well-being, Connection and Purpose. Together they will share their experience in applying these principles long with reflection exercises in their coaching practice.
