Allan A. Goldstein, (M.Sc., M.Ed., D.G.A, C.R.C. ) has enjoyed successful careers as a film director, screenwriter, educational specialist, newspaper columnist, and public speaker. He has most recently segued into the role of lead retirement coach at NextStep969 which oﬀers both RCA certified retirement coaching techniques as well as referral services for a network of related health and counseling professionals in and around Long Beach, California. Allan bases his retirement coaching on the foundational principles of Positive Psychology, the RCA certification program, and the most current peer reviewed research in the field. Liz Haas, LMSW, is a Psychiatric Social Worker at the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs Hospital in the Substance Abuse and Primary Care Substance Abuse Clinics where she practices group and individual therapy focusing on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Sex Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Insomnia, and CBT for Chronic Pain. Research on CBT for Chronic Pain has resulted in coauthoring the journal article "Treating chronic pain in Veterans presenting to addictions treatment program" (Cognitive Behavioral Practice, 2009).

Dr. Sara Zeff Geber, recent recipient of the “2018 Influencers in Aging” designation by PBS’ Next Avenue, is an author, certified retirement coach, and professional speaker on retirement and aging. She has developed a niche specialty working with “Solo Agers,” people who have no children or who are aging alone. Dr. Geber is a regular contributor to Forbes.com on the topics of aging and retirement and her book, Essential Retirement Planning for Solo Agers was recently selected as a 2018 “best book on aging well” by the WSJ. She believes Solo Agers have unique needs in later life that warrant greater foresight and a more robust approach to planning.

Paul Long is an award-winning producer, director, writer and former television newsman. Over the past 30 years he has created and produced almost every type of video for marketing, PR and internal communications for small and global companies as well as two documentaries. He has also produced major events. Paul is now focusing on his next endeavor called ProBoomers which provides information, insights, ideas and tools for Boomers who are reimagining retirement.
Tim joined ILI in July of 2019 as Candidate Development, Program Director. Tim has worked for Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and Annual Giving in prior roles at the University. Tim has many connections to Notre Dame. He received a B.B.A. in Marketing and a B.S. in Mathematics from ND. He also graduated from the M.B.A. program as well. Tim’s brother, Steve, works for Notre Dame’s ACE Program and his brother Dan is a Holy Cross priest. Tim grew up in Philadelphia, PA and he and his wife, Erin, now live in Granger, IN with their four kids: Finn, Maeve, Isla and Owen. Tim is an avid baseball fan, enjoys playing board games with his kids and barbecuing.
